Kristin Cavallari is really busy promoting her companies on social media. Her new photos are always big hits, with her 4.4 million followers on Instagram.
The Uncommon James Jewelry and Uncommon Beauty founder seems to know exactly what to do to take them to the next level. Her success in business is a true inspiration to many.
However, in the love department, things are a little bit more complicated. After seven years of marriage, the reality TV star separated from ex-husband Jay Cutler in April 2020.
The separation was messy, and they dated each other for a while after the split. However, things seem to be over for good now,
Cavallari appears to be ready for love again after saying for months that she was all about having fun after the divorce. The 35-year-old media personality has set up some rules as she ventures into online dating.
She now uses social media as a form of dating app. She revealed her approach on the Not Skinny, But Not Fat podcast. The mother of three stated: “People have set me up. Mutual friends. My DMs have essentially been my dating app. I’m only going to go for the verified [accounts]. I can’t filter through all of my DMs, but I can see those blue checkmarks, honey.”
Surprisingly, she is not necessarily interested in dating celebrities. Cavallari also stated: “I prefer someone to not be [famous]. I really, in my head, my ideal man is a businessman who no one knows. I don’t like people that often. I have gone on a date with a businessman in Nashville. I’m pretty picky, I guess. But I’m not going to settle; I’m going to stay picky.”
Some fans might want her to get back with her high school sweetheart and co-host of the Back to the Beach podcast, Stephen Colletti. However, this is not happening.
Cavallari explained: “I have so much love for him, and I always will. He was my first real love. It was such a sweet, sweet love, but no. No, I love him.”
Since her marriage ended, she has had a few serious relationships, and she was able to keep them somewhat private.
The Hills star said: “I’ve been pretty able to keep things on the DL lately, which is nice. I dated someone right away after Jay for about five, six months. I dated Jeff [Dye] for five or six months right after that other guy. Then I didn’t date at all for a while.”
Some observers are wondering if Cavallari will ever catch the right person.
