Many friends of Cara Delevingne have revealed that they are concerned about her mental well-being.
In the past few weeks, the British model has found herself in many eye-raising situations pushing the theory that she is not doing well and may need professional help.
Multiple photos and videos have surfaced showing Cara Delevingne getting the boot from Jay-Z‘s private jet.
The supermodel wearing a Britney Spears T-shirt and puffing on a cigarette displayed erratic behavior — walking with no shoes, appearing a bit confused, and sticking her feet out the window.
Not long after, Delevingne’s friend and Suicide Squad co-star, Margot Robbie, was seen exiting the model’s home, and she looked distressed and as if she might have been crying.
Sources close to Robbie spoke to TMZ and confirmed that she is amongst Delevingne’s friends advocating that she enter a rehabilitation facility to deal with her issues.
The Robbie source told the Los Angeles-based media outlet that what she witnessed in the home left her disturbed and very concerned about her friend.
Margot Robbie declined to reveal exactly what she saw while doing a sort of welfare check on Cara Delevingne.
Other pals of Cara Delevingne had conversations with The Sun and made the same worrisome statements about the actress.
One unnamed friend said they are now at a desperate point with her and urgently need her to see mental health and addiction experts.
One of Cara Delevingne’s friends told the British media outlet: “We are all incredibly concerned. The situation has been building for a few weeks now, and Cara’s family is involved. There is talk of staging some kind of intervention and making sure Cara gets the help she may well need. She has been burning the candle at both ends of late, and it’s clearly taking its toll.”
In past interviews, Delevingne confessed to trying different drugs but did not go as far as saying that she has an addiction.
The Paper Town star confessed to battling depression and suicidal thoughts.
Cara Delevingne said the following: “I realized modeling wasn’t good for me physically or emotionally. I tried to smash my head into a tree to knock myself out.”
Another close friend said: “The consensus is that she needs a few weeks of total rest — no booze, no partying, and, crucially, some healthy, hot meals inside her. Cara’s an incredibly bright, switched-on girl — but even she needs a guiding hand sometimes. There has been some talk of getting her into a retreat of some kind for detox and some R&R.”
This year, the celebrity was involved in a series of bizarre incidents, including getting highly intoxicated in New York.
She also made headlines at the Billboard Music Awards and the Met Gala. Many were alarmed after seeing her interactions with Megan Thee Stallion.
