Meghan Markle should take solace because she is in good company, according to a royal related to King Charles III and Queen Elizabeth II.
In a bombshell interview with Page Six, Christina Oxenberg explained that the British royals are passionate about hazing the newly arrived family members — especially the women.
Christina Oxenberg, who is part of the Serbian royalty and is a third cousin of King Charles III, claimed that Markle is going through horrific and hellish hazing.
According to the royal, Kate Middleton faced the same predicament when she started dating Prince William.
She revealed that the rich and famous clan delight in humiliating and bad-talking new relatives until fresh meat comes along.
Oxenberg told the New York-based media outlet: “To Meghan Markle, I say, ‘What you are going through is a hellish kind of hazing. If she can just hang in there, someone else will come along who can take the heat. Nobody gets a pass, including Kate Middleton.”
Oxenberg said that members of the royal family, despite having mean names for Markle, Middleton, Sarah Ferguson, and Koo Stark, (an American actress who was in love and had plans to marry Prince Andrew but The Queen objected because of her past in the porn industry) — they are not meant to be disrespectful.
She claimed: “They thought it was all very funny — Kate Middle Class and Sarah Ferguson and Koo Stark. They meant no disrespect; after all, she is the future Queen of England.”
She appeared to back Markle’s claims that being part of the royal family involves a massive amount of unnecessary pain.
She stated: “It was a very flimsy reason. There’s a good example of how you can suffer as a royal for no good reason.”
According to the royal, the hazing has been particularly brutal for Prince Harry’s wife, Markle, not because she is a Black woman but because she is foreign.
She revealed: “They are tough, and they are tough on foreigners. It’s not about your skin color, it’s about being a foreigner.”
Oxenberg concluded: “She is Harry’s choice of wife. By their own metrics, they have called it a class system. They came up with that system, [by which] you have to respect Harry’s choice.”
In their bombshell interviews, Prince Harry and Markle have revealed that a royal family member made racist comments about their unborn children.
There are reports that Prince William and Prince Harry butted heads because of his decision to wed Markle rapidly.
Markle confessed that Middleton made her cry. And Prince Harry stated that King Charles cut him off when he needed him the most.
