King Charles Certainly Hopes Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Will Choose This Path Where They Do Not Have To Expose More Family Secrets

For King Charles III, there might be a way out of the family drama involving Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The power couple has built a strong brand since leaving the British royal family in early 2020.

However, a lot of their success in the business world is linked to grievances. The renegade royals are not afraid to tell their story in a way that connects with the audience.

However, their huge deals with Netflix, Spotify, and Penguin Random House have come at the expense of the Royal Family. This situation has created a lot of tension in the British monarchy.

Queen Elizabeth II tried to deal with it in a smooth fashion. The new King is taking a different approach; he wants to make the pair irrelevant.

At the state funeral for The Queen, The Sovereign reduced the two megastars to minor roles. He plans to continue on that path because he believes it is the only way they will stop hurting the monarchy with their words.

What if there was another alternative? One where The Duke and Duchess of Sussex can continue their lavish lifestyle without tarnishing the British royal family.

Taking this kind of route could help Prince Harry to make peace with his family in a lasting manner. The Sussexes have to find a way to grow their empire without putting grievances at the center of the entire enterprise.

Former Vanity Fair editor and royal expert Tina Brown directed the idea at Markle. However, it is clear that Prince Harry would also benefit by adopting a more positive tone.

Yes, he has the Invictus Games, but he does also spend a lot of time talking about all of the things that are wrong with the Royal Family.

Brown told the Cheltenham Literature Festival: “I think Meghan does really need to find the thing she cares about the most and develop her own sort of brand that isn’t just a grievance brand, that is actually something we recognize as hers. It’s hard to find that, and I think she hasn’t yet found that, but I think she could if she rows back from always focusing on what didn’t work.”

The media personality continued: “The Sussexes didn’t realize how hard it was to create a rival platform. You’re essentially at the mercy of PRs who [specialize in making people look good]. The people who achieved it, the George Clooneys and the Oprahs, they are very good at it. It’s very difficult when you want to be above it. It’s much harder than it looks.”

For the commentator, Markle’s podcast was a step in the right direction. She added: “Meghan’s first Spotify podcast about Serena Williams was very successful — she knocked America’s number one podcaster, Joe Rogan, off the top spot. She’s got a good podcasting voice. They have to prove themselves now in the gladiator arena of entertainment.”

If the couple can deliver products like the podcast, King Charles might be able to sleep better at night. Before he gets to that place, there is Prince Harry’s tell-all memoir to look forward to in early 2023.
