The billionaire joined her sisters and a large group of friends to mark her 42nd birthday. The famous reality TV star posted several videos to confirm that she was showered with gifts and flowers.
However, one present stood out from the rest — Kardashian received something special from her ex-beau, Pete Davidson.
That brief clip led to wild speculations that she was hesitating on the path she took with Davidson, which ended in heartbreak.
Many believed that the pair were plotting a reunion. Reports surfaced to further fuel the reconciliation rumor.
It was claimed that Kardashian was secretly in contact with the former Saturday Night Live star.
As it turns out, it was all bogus — for now, at least, because with the Kardashians, anything is possible for major ratings.
A source close to Kim Kardashian spoke to TMZ and revealed that she has not spoken to the comedian since the split in August after a nine-month romance.
The insider shared: “..the two have not seen each other or been in communication at all lately.”
The source continued by saying that “it’s highly unlikely they would ever get back together. But, they would remain friendly if they came face to face.”
With Kim Kardashian out of the photo for good, the doors are now open wide for Martha Stewart, who recently confessed that she would not mind dating Pete Davidson because he is “cute.”
During an interview with Drew Barrymore, the lifestyle guru was asked about the internet chatter that claims that she should date Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend.
Stewart, 81, answered by saying that she would go out with Davidson, 28, and added: “He’s dated so many women. I’m not saying that’s bad. I think that’s good. And he’s sort of cute.”
She said she knew Davidson, recalling that they both had been present for the Comedy Central Roast of Justin Bieber back in 2015.
The TV personality stated: “He was this little twerp on the Bieber roast. He was even twerpier than Bieber. Davidson is a very good guy who knows how to “get in and get out. It doesn’t sound hopeful.”
Davidson has been previously linked to a long list of famous ladies, including Cazzie David, Ariana Grande, and Kate Beckinsale.
