So much for the rumors that Kim Kardashian and her controversial ex-husband, Kanye West, are no longer speaking.
West engulfed himself in too many controversies to enumerate in the past weeks.
And it was reported that the billionaire reality TV star cut ties with the hip-hop music icon after his use of anti-Semitic rhetoric and his controversial White Lives Matter shirts.
The scandals appeared to start the downfall of West, who lost almost all of his important business deals.
It also led to Kanye West having a massive argument at his son Saint‘s soccer match.
Well, over the weekend, Kim Kardashian hinted all is now well between herself and the father of her four children.
Kardashian, who had gone to great lengths to stay as far away as possible from West during the scandals, not only publicly acknowledged him but appeared to be very friendly with the fashion billionaire.
Kardashian and West reunited at their son Saint’s flag football game. The sporting event took place at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.
Photos that surfaced via TMZ and Page Six showed the former couple having a deep conversation and laughing.
At some point, their oldest daughter, North, joined the pair as they chatted away.
Kardashian kept her look casual and simple – wearing an oversized black sweater, matching bike shorts, and flip-flops.
As for West, he was dressed in black from head to toe and seemed to be wearing thick rain boots from Balacienga despite parting ways from the fashion house.
The happy family reunion comes after a source close to Kim Kardashian revealed to Page Six that she had cut all communications with Kanye West and added: “They have had zero communication in several weeks, and all communication regarding the kids’ schedules are now coordinated through assistants.”
A second insider said West’s actions put her in an embarrassing situation with the other parents at the children’s school.
The person claimed: “Kim has been getting heat from the other parents at Saint’s soccer games, and the consensus among the parents is that they do not want Kanye to be attending their kid’s games with the volatile hate he has been spewing.”
The source continued: “Many of the families and kids are Jewish, and they feel personally attacked by Kanye, which is most likely what caused the altercation at Saint’s soccer game. Kim feels helpless because she does not have any control over Kanye. Kim really cannot tell Kanye to do anything because that will make him do the opposite.”
Kardashian has always said that West will forever be family.
