The project formerly known as Chapters is coming King Charles III‘s way ahead of Christmas courtesy of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Page Six has confirmed that Prince Harry and Markle’s upcoming docuseries will air on Netflix on December 8th.
The series had the name Chapters, but it has been changed, and the new title has yet to be revealed to the public.
The person in the know told the media outlet that the docuseries or historical documentary would indeed put the spotlight on Prince Harry and Markle’s incredible love story.
The pair were set up by mutual friends, fell in love almost immediately, and took the secret romance to Canada, Africa, Italy, and France.
They had one of the biggest royal weddings and rattled the world by stepping down from their royal duties and moving to California, where they are raising their two children, Archie and Lilibet Diana.
The British prince and Markle have become activists, speakers, and business people who often cause damage to the monarchy with their revelations.
The insider claimed: “The series, which will showcase the ousted royals’ “love story,” was once called “Chapters. But the couple is believed to have changed their mind. The new title has not yet been made public.”
Thus far, this is what is known about the project. Prince Harry and Markle had second thoughts about the docuseries because they were not comfortable with the tone and some controversial conversations about King Charles, Camilla, Queen Consort, Prince William, and Kate Middleton.
In an interview, Markle hinted that the story will not be told through her angle and added: “It’s nice to be able to trust someone [Liz Garbus] with our story – a seasoned director whose work I’ve long admired – even if it means it may not be the way we would have told it. But that’s not why we’re telling it. We’re trusting our story to someone else, and that means it will go through their lens.”
She also shared: “The piece of my life I haven’t been able to share, that people haven’t been able to see, is our love story. I hope that is the sentiment that people feel when they see any of the content or the projects that we are working on… When the media has shaped the story around you, it’s really nice to be able to tell your own story.”
Many believe that the project will dim King Charles’s Christmas cheers.
