Prince William Makes Himself Look Small By Stooping To Prince Harry And Meghan Markle’s Level

Prince William meant business when he said he would not take any more from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

However, the royal might inadvertently make himself look small and petty as he stoops down to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s level.

The future King of England and his wife, Kate Middleton, were said to be infuriated that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle decided to drop the first teaser of their Netflix series on the first day of their US visit.

Prince William traveled to Boston on official business with his spouse representing His Majesty, King Charles III.

William, Prince of Wales, and his wife, Kate Middleton, hosted the Earthshot Prize Awards ceremony.

Prince William ensured a large group of celebrities attended the second annual prize ceremony, hoping to spotlight and elevate the conversation on very important topics — environmental issues and climate change.

However, things did not go as planned. Instead, the press and social media were lit up by the revelations and snarky photo montage chosen for Netflix’s Harry & Meghan series.

The teaser of the pair threatening to pull the curtain back and further expose the Royal Family has amassed almost 5 million views and generated thousands of juicy headlines.

Prince William’s event was not able to match these numbers. So he has decided to fight back by having his associates complain on his behalf.

According to The Times, scientists and climate experts, who advised Prince William on the project, have attacked Netflix for unveiling the teaser of Prince Harry and Markle’s show as a form of distraction from the Monarchy’s work.

The media outlet revealed that Hannah Jones, the Earthshot Prize chief executive, made her thoughts known to the streaming giant for ruining what she called Prince William’s World Cup moment.

Renowned climate experts Christiana Figueres and Tom Rivett-Carnac, who work with Prince William and Netflix, have made their frustration known.

The Times reported: “Members of the Netflix scientific advisory group complained to the company about the trailer for the documentary. Christiana Figueres, a former UN climate chief who chairs the Earthshot board and sits on the Netflix advisory group, said she was disappointed. Tom Rivett-Carnac, a former UN political strategist who sits on the Netflix advisory group and advises the Earthshot team, complained to the leadership of the streaming service.”

Figueres, who was the architect of the 2015 Paris Accords or Paris Climate Accords, explained: “Netflix has been a leader in producing valuable content to educate on environmental issues. It is therefore disappointing that they air negative messages on the very same day as the Earthshot Prize.”

Rivett-Carnac said: “The remarkable finalists and winners of the Earthshot Prize are changing the world. They deserve all attention and recognition, so the timing of this release from Netflix, a sustainability content leader, is profoundly disappointing.”

Many royal observers say as a future leader, Prince William should not be making petty moves or complaining like his reality TV star brother.

Others believe that Prince William should not have associates doing his dirty job for him; it is time that he stands up and forcibly condemns his brother’s disruptive actions.
