Markle revealed that she has a large kitchen where she cooks for her family. And Prince Harry shared with the world that they have ample office space and a huge backyard to play with his children.
While Prince Harry and Markle were busy building their lives and creating memories with their young children, neighbors were talking.
According to a few residents who spoke to The Daily Mail, Markle and her husband are unloved.
Many wealthy people who live in the area are not fans of the duo who have made millions bashing King Charles III and the British monarchy.
A person, who resides near Prince Harry and Markle, told the British media outlet: “There’s no middle ground: they are either loved or loathed. Some think she is a champion for women and racial equality; others think they are money-grabbing. They are not popular with the rich, old-guard Montecito crowd.”
New-York-based writer George Wayne added: “There is no one that I know, or care to know, who is a fan of the calculating, mousy subterfuge of Meghan.”
Prince Harry took down those gossiping about him and his wife while receiving a huge award in New York for the fight against racism.
Tuesday night, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were in New York City to attend the Robert F. Kennedy Ripple of Hope Award Gala.
Prince Harry confirmed that he and his wife do not go out often and do not mingle with the people of Montecito because they have a toddler and a three-year-old to care for.
Prince Harry surprised the audience by revealing the following: “I actually thought we were just going on a date night, so I find it quite weird that we’re sharing the room with 1,500 people.”
He continued: “We don’t get out much ’cause our kids are so small and young, so this is completely unexpected. It’s nice to share date night with all of you — thank you for coming!”
Prince Harry and Markle have a docuseries and a book coming out soon and will be giving their neighbors lots more to talk about.
