Prince Harry wants to inform King Charles III and the rest of the Royal Family that they will have a peaceful 2023.
Close friends of Meghan Markle and her husband, Prince Harry, spoke to the press and revealed that they have one last dirty trick up their sleeves and will hang up their hats after that.
Talking to The Telegraph, the pal claimed that Prince Harry and Markle would retire from their troublemaking ways after the publication of Spare.
Prince Harry will release his first memoir on January 10. The person in the know told the media outlet: “This is the end, and they are ready to move on.”
A second source went on to add: “Once Harry’s memoir comes out in January, they’re said and done.”
After promoting the tell-all book, Prince Harry and his family are set to go on what can be described as a mea culpa tour to reconcile.
A third royal insider told The Sun: “Next year, 2023, is to be their reconciliation year.”
The runaway royal believes they have not crossed the point of no return with King Charles in their interviews and Netflix series.
Prince Harry and his spouse also feel that they were respectful of the late Queen Elizabeth II.
The duo will defend themselves against the criticism they faced for having a huge portion of their docuseries dedicated to England’s shameful past of slavery and racism.
Markle and Prince Harry assume they shared their truths and pain and did not criticize King Charles or any other royals.
The source added: “But the Queen has now died, and Charles and Camilla are the King and Queen… Clearly, this reconciliation attempt would never work if they had been critical of the new monarch, or both.”
However, a renowned royal expert is saying not so fast. According to royal author Robert Jobson, Prince Harry and Markle are arrogant to conclude that they can win back the trust of the Royal Family after publicly disrespecting them.
He claimed that the pair have done too much damage to the monarchy and added: “It is also completely arrogant because they are assuming they can win back the trust of Harry’s father and brother. But that trust has gone forever. Harry and Meghan will never be looked at the same.”
He also noted that King Charles is not the same man anymore. Prince Harry should understand that he is no longer dealing with his dad but with the Sovereign of an entire country.
He stated: “Harry needs to remember he is now dealing with the Head of State – not just his dad. If they disrespect The King, they are not only disrespecting the man but also the institution. As a dad, Charles will always love his son. But as a King, he cannot trust him.”
For The Duke of Sussex, this is a very risky bet.
