It has been three years since Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, rattled the world with their announcement that they were stepping down from their royal duties and moving to California.
A lot has happened, and too much has been revealed since that huge decision was taken. Prince Harry and Markle sat down for salacious interviews and had a Netflix series, and a book was published to damage the monarchy and all members of the Royal Family.
The revelations and accusations have more or less ended all relationships with King Charles III, Camilla, Queen Consort, Prince William, and Kate Middleton.
Despite all that has occurred between the Sussexes and the royals, they have maintained a tight and loving relationship with Princess Eugenie.
This week, Princess Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, shared some happy news. The couple is expecting their second child together.
Princess Eugenie and Brooksbank are already parents to 2-year-old August Philip. According to a royal expert, the first members of the Royal Family to be informed of Princess Eugenie’s baby news were Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
The trio’s tight bond over the years also indicates that Prince Harry and Markle suddenly have a different reason to be in England for King Charles’s coronation.
King Charles and the other royals are being warned that The Duke and Duchess of Sussex might now feel the urge to be in London in May to spend some precious time with Princess Eugenie after sharing her special news.
According to royal expert Ingrid Seward who spoke to The Mirror: “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex would have been amongst the first to hear the news of Eugenie’s pregnancy. Meghan and Harry are close with Eugenie – and not only has she stayed with them in California, but they have been on holidays together before Harry’s marriage.”
The editor-in-chief of Majesty Magazine added: “If the Sussexes come to the coronation in May, there will be an added incentive to see Eugenie as by then it is doubtful if she will want to travel herself.”
There has been a lot of ink spilled over King Charles’ coronation ceremony that will take place on May 6.
Reports have indicated that King Charles and Prince William are at war over having Prince Harry and Markle at the ceremony. The royals do not want the renegade royals at the state event after staining the monarchy.
The relatives also fear that Prince Harry and Markle will use all private conversations and moments at the ceremony in a new Netflix series or Prince Harry’s second book.
Some royal experts point to the fact that Prince Harry and Markle will be the stars of the coronation ceremony if they choose to attend.
Hoping that Prince Harry and Markle will take a hint and stay away from the coronation ceremony, King Charles has already told the world that he has banned Prince Harry and his entire family from appearing on the balcony of Buckingham Palace for the iconic family portrait.
