Prince Harry is discovering that it pays well to share family secrets. According to Netflix insiders, Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, are soon to land another huge gig after the massive success of Spare.
The British prince used the book to settle the score with the royals by unleashing humiliating secrets about King Charles III, Prince William, Kate Middleton, and Camilla, Queen Consort.
The memoir sold in record-breaking numbers, and now the bosses want more of what Prince Harry and Markle are selling in part 2 of Harry & Meghan.
A consultant, who works with Netflix, spoke to the Sun and revealed that the top executives were not frustrated that the power couple played it safe in their first docuseries.
The executives at the streaming giant understand that the book had to be more hardcore compared to the series.
The person in the know explained: “Harry’s memoir has certainly been a talking point, and while many may think that executives would be annoyed at the volume of revelations in Spare versus the show, in truth, they were different scenarios.”
Prince Harry confirmed that he could give more riveting and salacious content for the right price, and Netflix is ready to pay for it.
The company is eager to work with Prince Harry and Markle again in the upcoming months, and therefore, King Charles and the others should be ready to be flooded with more bombshell revelations and accusations.
The insider shared: “They scored great viewing figures and want a second bite of the pie. The gloves are off now for Harry, and Netflix feels they are in prime position for a second project.”
The streaming giant will focus on the fallout from Spare. Season two will reveal where Prince Harry and Markle stand with the royals after the nasty revelations, the coronation ceremony controversy, and Archie and Lilibet‘s titles drama caused by King Charles.
The source revealed: “Moving forward, the aftermath of what happens to Harry and Meghan will be fascinating to viewers. We know that the couple films material all the time, so there remains a treasure trove left, which could make for dynamite viewing.”
Netflix is hoping to convince Prince Harry and Markle to break one of their biggest rules — have a camera film their daily lives in their Montecito home for the historical documentary.
The person shared: “However, for such a deal to move forward, the couple would have to open up the doors of their Montecito home. There is no doubt audiences have been excited by watching Harry speak about his life. The interest remains huge.”
King Charles and Prince William are said to be furious that Prince Harry and Markle are selling more family secrets. The Royal Family now views the renegade pair as untrustworthy and deceitful.
