However, according to the latest revelations, Kate Middleton might be the person who is genuinely on edge about the Sussexes attending the event.
In a newly published book titled Our King, written by Robert Jobson, it was revealed that Catherine, Princess of Wales, is weary of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s antics and does not want to have any contact with them.
According to the royal author, the future Queen confessed that one of the most challenging things she had to do in her privileged life was to take part in the walkabout with Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, and Markle after the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
Kate Middleton found the brief appearance at Windsor painful. She also described it as an illusion because the public was getting a perfect family portrait that did not exist.
The author wrote: “One of the hardest things she’d ever had to do… the togetherness was an illusion. Catherine later admitted to a senior royal that, such was the ill feeling between the two couples, the joint walkabout was one of the hardest things she’d ever had to do.”
The brutal confession from Kate Middleton has royal observers claiming that she is uncomfortable being in the exact location as Prince Harry and Markle. Therefore, she would prefer they decline their invitation to the crowning ceremony instead.
A close friend of Prince William came out to The Daily Beast and bluntly revealed that he does not want Prince Harry and Markle in London — not now and not in the future.
The pal stated that Prince William had already decided that Prince Harry and Markle would not attend his coronation.
The coronation is less than one month away, and Prince Harry and Markle seemed to be in no rush to announce their decision. A source spoke to Page Six to say what is going on behind the scene.
The person stated: “There have been lengthy discussions between the Sussexes and the palace. There is a time crunch on this, of course. It is such a historical event, and it’s hoped that Harry and Meghan will be there.”
A second source said: “All families are difficult, but this is no normal family, of course. Harry has a lot of questions about how the event will work.”
Observers believe that Prince Harry is likely to attend the event.
