Prince Harry Gets Crushing Reactions From Prince William And Kate Middleton After New York Car Chase

Meghan Markle Prince Harry Speech UN

Just because Prince William and Kate Middleton declined to release an official statement on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s recent car chase drama does not mean they have no thoughts or feelings about the incident.

Last week, Prince Harry, Markle, and her mother, Doria Ragland, traveled to New York to attend an awards ceremony.

After the event, the trio and multiple security guards took an SUV that was supposed to take them to their destination.

During the trip, the family felt unsafe and rattled by the fact that a group of paparazzi was chasing them.

The media was quick to reach out to King Charles III, Prince William, and Kate Middleton to ask for comments on the car chase.

The British royal family declined to give an official response to reporters. However, a close friend of Prince William was quick to provide a lengthy response to The Daily Beast.

Despite his busy schedule of being heir to the throne, taking part in royal engagements, and planning his coronation, Prince William has found time to laugh and mock his brother and sister-in-law.

A pal of the future King of England mocked Prince Harry and Markle because the police and the taxi driver, who have insider knowledge of the events, have downplayed the incident.

One friend of Prince William quipped: “Recollections may vary.” The friend said that Prince Harry and Markle should avoid award ceremonies and added: “I thought they were leaving the royal family for a quieter life. If flashbulbs give Harry flashbacks, I don’t understand why he is going to award ceremonies.”

Dealing a major blow to Prince Harry and Markle, the friend called their remarks hysterical and asked they toughen up.

The publication noted: “Asked if William, whose spokesperson has declined to comment on the incident, would at least take Harry’s side on the issue of invasive paparazzi, the friend said: “William and Catherine have put up with shit like this in the past. Everyone understands his anger at the photographers, but making hysterical statements doesn’t help matters, especially when, as the queen might have said, recollections may vary.”

CBS journalist Gayle King spoke to Page Six to say she finds it “troubling” that people are “downplaying” Prince Harry and Markle’s paparazzi chase.

Oprah Winfrey‘s best friend said: “I think it was a very unfortunate incident. It’s troubling to me that anybody would try to downplay what that would mean to them. That’s very troubling to me.”

She added: “I’m just really sorry it happened and very sorry they had to go through it. Everybody can have all of their opinions, but I always go back to, ‘How did they feel in that moment?'”

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have critics going after them left and right over the incident.
