Taylor Swift has decided to discuss her life’s new and exciting chapter.
After the shocking end of her seven-year romance with Joe Alwyn, the singer told her fans she is writing happier pages with her new boyfriend, Matty Healy.
This week, the country/pop star performed under the pouring rain in front of a massive, delightful, and dancing crowd at the Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts.
At some point during the concert, Swift surprised her fans by giving a significant update on her career and personal life. The artist confessed that she had never been so happy as an artist and woman.
Swift stated since the romance with the British rocker began, she has found the true purpose of her life.
She told the audience: “I don’t know; I’ve just never been this happy in my life in all aspects of my life ever before.”
The “I Knew You Were Trouble” singer went on to make this revelation about her life: “And I just want to thank you for being a part of that. I don’t know. It’s not just the tour. My life finally feels like it makes sense.”
A source close to the couple told The Messenger they have been friends for many years, but the romance blossomed into something more as of recently.
The person familiar with the situation shared: “[Healy] and Taylor have been friends for years and reconnected. They had talked about working on music together years ago but reunited through mutual friends.”
After they reconnected, the romance started moving at a rapid pace. The outlet also shared: “Things moved very quickly, and she was swept off her feet,” the source continued, noting Healy has already met Swift’s family. (In fact, he was filmed spending time with Swift’s dad at one of her Philadelphia shows.) “They have been inseparable. [He] fits right in as if they have been dating for years.”
Another person close to the couple revealed that the good vibrations from the relationship have spilled into Swift’s career.
Taylor Swift and Matty Healy have been making sweet music together, and not many will be surprised if the songs are featured on her next album.
The insider told The Sun via Daily Mail: “Things are moving fast between Matty and Taylor. They’re totally head over heels for each other. It’s been decided that he will help her pen songs for her next album, and he might even provide some vocals if it works for the tracks.”
Meanwhile, a source has revealed that British actor Joe Alwyn is said to be distraught by Swift’s new relationship with Healy.
A friend told the Daily Mail: “He feels slighted and distraught, and he put his trust in her. Joe was aware that Taylor and Matt were making music together and collaborating. She told him that they had become friends, and he trusted her.”
The insider went on to answer the question on everybody’s mind — there was no “overlap” in the two relationships.
