Britney Spears and her husband, Sam Asghari, have ended their marriage after a brutal confrontation over allegations that she cheated with another man.
On Wednesday, TMZ broke the surprising news that the actor demanded some answers after discovering that the pop star was unfaithful.
A major fight took place, and Asghari decided to walk out of the marital home and out of Spears’s life for good. According to the media outlet, the TV star has officially filed the divorce documents, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

An insider told Page Six, that the fitness expert is pushing for Britney Spears to pay for spousal support and wants her to handle his legal fees.
It has been confirmed that Spears and her husband signed an iron-clad prenup, but Asghari plans to contest it. Spears’s attorney, Mathew Rosengart, who was instrumental in liberating her from her 13-year conservatorship worked on the terms of the prenuptial agreement.
A source told Page Six: “Britney and Sam signed a prenup in her favor. Any money she made before the wedding is protected.”
However, TMZ claims that Britney Spears’s net worth will take a hit because she will probably be forced to sign a massive check to her soon-to-be spouse not to divulge a long list of humiliating stories to the media.
The media outlet shared: “He is attempting to negotiate concessions beyond his prenup and threatening to go public with extraordinarily embarrassing information about Britney unless he gets paid.”
The insider went on to reveal: “So that’s what Sam is focused on.”
It is unclear how much money he wants to get from Spears. Asghari’s lawyer, Neal Hersh, has hinted that the divorce could get bitter and the prenup will be questioned.
The court documents reportedly read: “[He] has yet to determine the full nature and extent of the separate property assets and obligations of each party. There are various items of community and quasi-community assets and debts, the full nature and extent of which are unknown to [Sam] at this time.”

Spears and Federline share sons Jayden and Sean Federline. The family moved because Federline’s wife, Victoria Prince, had landed a job in the archipelago.

The pop sensation was estranged from her sons, but it is believed that the move to the island will make matters even more complicated.
However, then again, Spears has a way of moving on and dancing no matter what life throws at her. She reacted to the divorce news in the most Britney Spears’s way.
Taking to Instagram, the singer shared a photo where she is on a horse and explained that she plans to buy one.
She wrote: “Buying a horse soon 🐴 !!! So many options it’s kinda hard !!! A horse called Sophie and another called Roar 🐎 ??? I can’t make up my mind 🙈 !!! Should I join the camaraderie and put a pink cowboy hat on 😜 ??? Either way, I think I found my sweet spot with Roar 😘 !!!”
Spears is doing things her own way.
