This week, sources confirmed to TMZ and PEOPLE Magazine that Rihanna and her boyfriend, A$AP Rocky, had welcomed their second child into the world.
It is believed that the billionaire mogul gave birth in early August in California. Rihanna delivered a healthy baby boy and his name starts with R.
A$AP Rocky and Rihanna are already the proud parents of a one-year-old boy named RZA Athelston Mayers. A source close to Rihanna told PEOPLE Magazine that the singer has decided that with two children her family is now complete.
She has something new to celebrate. The source shared: “Rihanna feels her family is now complete” and “it’s something she’s always wanted.”
Rihanna shocked the world during her Super Bowl performance when she opened her red jacket to announce her second pregnancy.
The singer and entertainer did an interview soon after the big reveal to talk about the joys and surprises that come with motherhood.
A very enthusiastic Rihanna revealed that she cannot remember her life before having RZA and added: “Oh, my God, it’s legendary. It’s everything. You really don’t remember life before, that’s the craziest thing ever.”
The “Where Have You Been” singer went on to share: “You literally try to remember it — and there are photos of my life before — but the feeling, the desires, the things that you enjoy, everything, you just don’t identify with it because you don’t even allow yourself mentally to get that far, because…” she said. “Because it doesn’t matter.”
Talking to ET, Rihanna also revealed that she plans to mix motherhood with business. She told the media outlet: “You know, I always thought doing kid stuff would be cliché and the obvious thing to do when you have a baby. It’s, like, the obvious next step. But when I went shopping, that’s when I realized like, OK, maybe I need to start making the stuff that I want my kids to wear because it’s hard! I got my own ideas.”
On the red carpet of her Savage X Fenty lingerie show, Rihanna revealed that she was hoping to have a daughter one day. It seems that she is beyond happy and satisfied to be a “boy mom.”
