Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, have no other option but to succeed with their latest business ventures because King Charles III is making it known that he cannot help them in any shape or form because his hands are tied.
This month, the Montecito royals have hinted at the next chapter in business. Prince Harry and his spouse are jumping on the Instagram train to earn massive income via paid posting.
Many deemed the pair to be going to lower the standards of the monarchy and embarrass King Charles and Prince William.
King Charles is not one bit concerned about how Prince Harry and Meghan Markle make money, as long as they generate income and do not come back running to him for financial aid.
Therefore, His Majesty is not worried about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle using social media or any other venue to make money.
His Majesty simply wants them to remain financially independent because he is unable to welcome them back as working royals.
One royal expert explained that King Charles and the heir to the throne, Prince William, would not go against Queen Elizabeth II‘s wishes.
The late Queen made it clear that she did not want Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as part-time royals, and while King Charles was okay with stepping on his mother’s desires for Queen Camilla to be a consort, he would not betray her on the decision she made about Prince Harry and Markle.
According to royal author Tom Quinn, King Charles, and Prince William will not go against something the Queen stood for.
The author of Gilded Youth: An Intimate History of Growing Up in the Royal Family explained: “The whole emphasis between King Charles and William is that you cannot go against the late Queen’s firm belief that you can’t be a part-time royal.”
Quinn went on to say that King Charles would never approve of letting Prince Harry and Meghan Markle enjoy the celebrity lifestyle in Hollywood for six months and be royals taking part in engagements for the other six.
He said: “You can’t hobnob with celebrities in America for six months and then come back here and pick and choose which events you want to be part of. I don’t think Charles and William will agree to that simply because Elizabeth hated the idea.”
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will have to sink or swim on their own because Charles cannot throw them a financial life vest.
