Jeezy and Jeannie Mai Jenkins have decided to get a divorce. According to chatter, there is a possibility that Jeannie Mai did not see this coming.
Per TMZ, the rapper filed for divorce in Atlanta, making it clear that there are no possibilities for repairing his two-year marriage to Jeannie Mai.
In the official court documents, Jeezy stated that they are: “Currently living in a bona fide state of separation, and that their marriage is irretrievably broken with no hope for reconciliation.”
Jeezy signed the divorce papers today. The court papers revealed that the rapper, 45, and The Real host, 44, signed an iron-clad prenup.
The document also says that Jeezy wants to share joint legal custody of their one-year-old daughter, Monaco. The couple was married for two-and-a-half years.
According to TMZ, Jeannie Mai Jenkins might have been blindsided by Jeezy’s sudden move because this week she was on social media showing love and support to her now-estranged husband.
The television personality dropped a cute video with her daughter, Monaco, to celebrate Jeezy’s accomplishment as a best-selling author with his book Adversity For Sale.

Less than 24 hours before Jeezy dropped the divorce bombshell, he took to his official Instagram page to let Jeannie Mai Jenkins know what was coming.
The rapper posted multiple photos of himself with this brutal caption: “Too focused on who I’m becoming to focus on who’s not coming with me. ⛄️”
Fans are having a tough time understanding what went wrong with the relationship.
One follower shared his disbelief by writing: “I pray🙏🏿 you all work things out and hope this is a publicity stunt. You all looked, from the outside, like such a beautiful couple. 😔 Relationships are tough. Dang, I really liked you all as a couple.”
