Upon her return from Germany, Meghan Markle plans to jump into multiple projects. It is believed that Prince Harry‘s wife is set to make a lot of money with the relaunch of her Instagram page.
She plans to breathe life into her famous lifestyle blog, The Tig. Some royal sources believe that Markle has plans to go even bigger than her husband with her own memoir.
Royal commentators think it will be bad news for King Charles III, Prince William, and other members of the Royal Family for a long list of reasons.
There is the possibility of Meghan Markle sharing embarrassing details and secrets about the royals. Markle could drop her opinion on political and social matters and put the Palace in an uncomfortable position.
However, according to one royal expert, the worst thing Markle could do is go dig up her Nigerian ancestry, which would have the media talking about the days when the British monarchy had slaves and extracted all precious resources from Africa and India for their enrichment.
Veteran royal expert Tom Bower, who penned Revenge: Meghan and Harry and the War Between the Windsors, explained to GB News that Meghan Markle “is writing her memoirs” and will document the details of her life in a “money-spinning tell-all book.”
He said: “My view is that she is writing her memoirs, and it will be a huge money-spinner.” According to royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams, Markle will give Prince Harry a run for his money.
Prince Harry’s book Spare sold more than one million copies on Day 1 of its release, and it is believed that Markle can pull even bigger numbers because the world does not know all of her story.
Unlike Prince Harry, Markle did not grow up in the public eye. Talking to the Daily Express US, the expert revealed why Markle’s journey of self-reflection will be a thorn in the side of the King: “If this is true, and it would also be a chance for Meghan to research her Nigerian ancestry, it is very bad news for the Royal Family.”
He also revealed the consequences of such a book: “This would have huge sales, which would be almost guaranteed, and ensure the rift remains or is widened if that is possible.”
Fitzwilliams continued: “The Sussexes deal with Random House was reported to be a four-book deal. However, if all they have to offer is material that involves attacks on the royal family, as this undoubtedly would, there is a limit to their appeal.”
He concluded by: “In the short term, it would have huge financial benefits, but one has to ask, at what cost?”
Observers say that Markle will find new ways to stay relevant.
