It seems that King Charles III might be telling one of the Sussex to the left is the exit door, with the latest statement issued by his aides at Buckingham Palace.
In early September, Prince Harry flew to the UK to attend a charity event and to pay tribute to his late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.
The former soldier requested a room to stay for the night at Windsor Castle. The King denied the request, with aides explaining that it was short notice and the logistics, security, and staff are immense when someone of Prince Harry’s stature is a guest at a royal property.
According to The Telegraph and The Daily Mail, the Duke of Sussex has also been told that he needs to make a formal request if he wants to meet and talk with his father.
The Daily Mail reported: “It is believed that Buckingham Palace also told the Duke he would have to put in a ‘formal request’ to see his father during his visit. It is unclear if King Charles was aware of this correspondence.”
One royal expert analyzed the wording of the statement to say that while the King is open to possibly seeing or giving Prince Harry a temporary home in the UK, there is no mention of Meghan Markle.
Royal expert Sean Neil said on his program: “This is turning quite nasty, in fact, because, as we know, Prince Harry has to inform the royal household when and how he wants to return here to the United Kingdom if he wishes to stay in royal palaces.”
He continued: “Now I don’t think this is a particularly cruel thing, in fact, that his majesty the King has done, after all, why should it be allowed to just turn up as he wants?”
The royal commentator went on to highlight the fact that King Charles declined to mention Meghan Markle in his decision.
The Fox News writer claimed: “Now it’s interesting to note, isn’t it, that that particular wording from the royal palaces is something that Prince Harry will have to let, uh, the royal palaces know? It doesn’t say the Duke of Sussex, and it certainly does not reference his wife Meghan Markle.”
According to Neil, Markle is hurt to be left out of the King’s statement. He stated: “Well, according to very close insiders alongside Megan and Harry, it’s simply all about this; they feel that this is very much a very public slap down to them. Basically, you see, this is how little we care about you.”
According to Neil, His Majesty is still frustrated by the many revelations made by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in the past three years.
He claimed: “They forget, of course, that they threw down the gauntlet way back with the Oprah Winfrey interview, the Spare book, the Netflix stuff, and the Spotify stuff. You know, it’s all about what they require, and Prince Harry desperately still wants to retain some kind of association back here somewhere to live.”
He concluded by explaining why King Charles is right to slap the Montecito royals by saying: “Reasons why you would need a permanent place here in the United Kingdom—you know, it’s an interesting thing as a councilor of State. Meghan, as I said, couldn’t care less, but according to that very well-played source, she just feels that this is another, shall we say, slap back at them as to how little they truly thought of both her and Prince Harry. Of course, it was omitted that they were the ones who, if you want to play tic attack, started it, and a lot of people actually feel that King Charles, for once, has done the right thing.”
It seems that the Duke of Sussex will not leave his wife behind.
