Hip hop star Megan Thee Stallion wants the world to know that she is ready for the Halloween season. The “Hot Girl Summer” artist is known as one of the biggest Halloween fans in the music industry, and once again she did not disappoint.
Her followers were eagerly waiting for the signal on social media. She stayed true to her brand and dropped a few photos to mark the arrival of the month of October.
In the pictures, the San Antonio native is sporting a carved pumpkin on her head. Moreover, it appears that she is drinking a pumpkin spice latte. Her face is covered. This little tradition has been going on for a while. The years 2021 and 2022 were big hits with her fans.
The artist has always been open about her love for the spooky season. This year, she wrote in her Instagram Stories, “My favorite time of year.”
The new post has gone viral. Commenters on her page say that they look forward to Halloween to find out what she has in store for them.
One person wrote: “Fun fact: Every October I look forward to Megan’s iconic pumpkin shenanigans🎃🥰.” Another follower added: “One thing I love and respect about Megan is that she knows how to stay in her bag, no matter what y’all say about her.”
A third Instagrammer chimed in: “You are the only one who can make wearing a pumpkin on yo head hot 🔥🔥🔥🔥.”
Some of the fans used the opportunity to ask about her new music. According to reports, it is coming soon. In a recent interview with Billboard, she stated: “It’s definitely coming very soon. I’m really excited about this chapter of my life because I feel like I’m finally closing all the old chapters, and now I’m starting with a blank slate. Very fresh, very new. I think Thee Hotties are gonna be so excited. I’m trying different things. Just expect the unexpected. Expect a lot of rawness, a lot of realness, a lot of s— talking. Just know I’m coming, and I hope everybody is ready.”
She has collaborated with Cardi B earlier this year on the song “Bongos.” It is a top 15 hit in the country.
While not focusing on her career, Megan Thee Stallion is also doing her best to take care of her mental health. In September, she posted a video about the topic on social media.
In it, she said, “I’ve always been told I gotta be strong. Thick-skinned, stiff upper lip. Tough as nails. But to be everything for everybody… it wears on you. ‘Black don’t crack,’ they say. But it can. I can. We all can.”
She continued: “Y’all, it’s OK to not be OK. Reach out to a friend if you see them going through it. No matter who you are, being vulnerable is what makes us whole.”
Megan Thee Stallion is showing her supporters that she has different sides. She can always count on them to have her back.
