Dalton Gomez is celebrating his divorce from Ariana Grande with a passionate kiss and a hefty check.
It was a summer of breakups for major Hollywood stars; among those who headed to divorce court were Ariana Grande and her real estate husband, Dalton Gomez.
It was claimed that the couple decided to end their 2-year marriage because they no longer had the same goals and vision for their future.
Furthermore, it seems that seconds after the news of the split was made public, Grande debuted her new romance with a fellow actor.
Gomez is returning the favor. Immediately after the divorce became official, Gomez unveiled his steamy relationship with actress Maika Monroe.
A photo has surfaced via Deuxmoi showing Gomez and Monroe enjoying a heavy kissing session. A source told Deuxmoi via Page Six, that they: “were PACKING on the PDA, took no steps to disguise themselves and were very friendly and both introduced themselves.”
The eyewitness went on to say: “They would look around to see if anyone was looking and then continue to make out in front of everyone.”
The real estate agent’s divorce was finalized last week, and it was revealed that he is leaving the failed marriage as a very wealthy man.
Gomez will take home $1,250,000, tax-free. Dalton will also receive half of the net proceeds from the sale of their L.A. mansion. The home is worth several millions. Additionally, Grande will pay $25,000 of Gomez’s lawyer fees.
TMZ reported via Celebitchy: “Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez have made quick work out of their divorce, settling up just weeks after they filed to end their marriage. There weren’t a whole lot of contentious issues … There was a prenup, and, as we reported when we broke the story, Ariana cut Dalton a check … and according to the settlement Dalton will receive $1,250,000, tax-free. Dalton is getting the money upfront, so there will be no spousal support.”
A source told TMZ that the former couple took their time in the divorce process because they wanted to end things in a smooth and loving manner.
The person in the know stated: “Ariana and Dalton really wanted to take care of each other through all of this and make it as easy on one another as possible, which is why they really took their time with everything.”
Meanwhile, Us Weekly is reporting that Ariana Grande and Ethan Slater have taken their romance to the next level.
The couple lives together in New York City. A source told the media outlet: “Ethan informed his friends and soon-to-be ex-wife [Lilly Jay] that he’s living with Ariana full-time in New York. They’re really happy and really good for each other. All of her friends love him.”
