All have indicated that Meghan Markle wants more than an open line of communication with King Charles III.
According to a close friend of the former actress, she has been able to keep in touch with His Majesty via his aides.
At this point, it seems that Markle is in more contact with King Charles than Prince Harry. She sends The King regular updates on his grandchildren, Archie and Lilibet.
This means that even though the children live miles away from their grandfather, he is able to see them grow and progress.
However, sources now claim that Markle wants more than a monthly exchange with King Charles, she and Prince Harry are hoping for a reunion and a family reconciliation.
The couple has made a jaw-dropping offer to King Charles — they want to live in London for at least two months of the year. For the rest of the 10 months, the Sussex family would be in their Montecito mansion.
The person in the know told Life & Style: “Harry and Meghan have been talking about moving back to London. They are going through one of the toughest times of their lives — and that’s saying a lot, considering what they’ve been through already. California just isn’t cutting it for them, and their financial situation has become dire.”
Despite the drama, the revelations, and the racist accusations, King Charles is willing to forget and accept his son back home.
The source shared: “Harry’s been trying to cut a secret deal to live and work with the royal family again. And Charles has graciously agreed to it. He and Meghan are grateful.”
Markle has a huge selling point to convince King Charles to accept the deal — he will be able to spend time and bond with his two grandchildren.
The insider stated: “She thinks they’ll still be living in LA eight months a year and can rent a massive Kensington Palace apartment the rest of the time. She believes it could help them repair their marriage. It would certainly help repair their fractured relationship with Charles.”
King Charles, who has complained over the years about not spending time with Archie and Lilibet, seems delighted by the idea of having them in London.
The source claimed: “He loves Harry and his grandchildren, and having his family back together is what he’s wanted.”
However, it seems that Markle and Prince Harry are starting a war with Prince William with their desire to rent an apartment at Kensington Palace.

The person said that Prince William is in disbelief and views the proposal as problematic, and added: “William and wife Princess Kate, don’t think Harry and Meghan moving back is such a good idea. William and Kate relocated to a new house on the Windsor Castle estate about an hour outside of London last year, but have maintained Apartment 1A at Kensington Palace. So they’d still be neighbors with the Sussexes in London. And Meghan and Kate as neighbors again could be problematic.”
