Kate Middleton is now several weeks into her recovery after having what is described as planned abdominal surgery.

Upon her release from the London clinic, the future Queen of England returned to her home in Adelaide, where she was being cared for by amazing nurses, according to her husband, Prince William.

Middleton eventually traveled for a mini vacation with Prince William and their three children: Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.

Since being released from the hospital, Kate Middleton has started to share her gratitude for all the kind and warm wishes from people all around the world.

She has also shown her appreciation for the large medical staff who cared for her during the successful operation.

The Palace issued the following statement: “The Princess of Wales appreciates the interest this statement will generate. She hopes that the public will understand her desire to maintain as much normality for her children as possible; and her wish that her personal medical information remains private. Kensington Palace will, therefore, only provide updates on Her Royal Highness’ progress when there is significant new information to share.”

While Kate Middleton is thankful that all went well, and she is well surrounded, there is one part of post-suggestions that is unbearable – the fact that she has to be on bed rest until late April or early May.

The mother of three has always been very active all of her life; she is athletic and enjoys swimming, hiking, running, tennis, and horseback riding.

Therefore, it has become painful for her to sit or lie in bed under a doctor’s order. A source explained that Middleton is eager to move around again and continued: “She’s always been in very good health and athletic, so not being able to jump out of bed and move around has been hard on her.”

The person in the know added: “Kate was told her recovery could take a few months and that she would not be up and around until at least Easter. She had delicate surgery and she’s trying to follow the doctor’s orders to let it heal and not doing anything that would agitate the area.”

However, it is claimed that Prince William is determined to make the situation comfortable for his wife.

The family friend stated: “They’re all going overboard to make sure she feels comfortable. Their house is filled with Kate’s favorite flowers, comfy blankets and pillows, and her go-to snacks. The family is just incredibly happy to have her back home at Adelaide Cottage.”

The Princess of Wales has a keen sense of duty.
