The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have hired a PR team that will be based in England for some very well-defined reasons.
According to a newly published piece in The Telegraph, Markle is planning, sooner than later, a full takeover of the UK with some major projects that she has been working on for years, including her new and surprising lifestyle brand called American Riviera Orchard.
The media outlet claims: “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have hired a UK-based public relations executive to bolster their team. The new hire will handle UK and European media and report to the couple’s communications team based in the US. It marks the first time the Duke and Duchess have felt the need to have a UK-based employee since moving abroad in 2020. But the move is thought to reflect the team’s growing workload as the couple increases their profiles and independent ventures, as well as the huge international attention they command both professionally and personally. The new member of the PR team will join ahead of the launch of a new commercial venture that the Duchess has been working on for many months.”
Reports have indicated that Prince Harry and Markle will also be pushing the Sussex brand — meaning that they are willing to anger King Charles by doing charitable works in London.
Prince Harry recently did an interview with Good Morning America confirming that he will be in London more often, and it seems that he was not kidding.
Markle, who once seemed determined to never step foot in England, appeared to have drastically changed her mind.
With King Charles, Kate Middleton, and Queen Camilla out of action and Prince William dealing with a monster-size scandal and the monarchy on crutches, the pair seems to have decided it is the best time to take over and build their empire.
