It all falls on Prince William, who has three young children and a sick wife to care for. Queen Camilla, at the age of 76, is now feeling the weight and burden that comes with the crown as she works overtime to replace her husband in England and internationally.
The King and the heir are aware that the monarchy is short-staffed, but no matter how desperate the situation might be in London, they will not call Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, and Prince Andrew to serve the British people.

Prince William’s decision to reverse King Charles’s slimmed-down policy implies that his cousins, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, could replace the Sussexes.
Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, the daughters of Prince Andrew, Duke of York, and Sarah, Duchess of York, will be the ones to step in, possibly as part-time working royals.

An insider said that Prince William will have to convince the princess to step back from her day job and added: “Bea was very much focused on her charitable work and was looking forward to contributing more. This is the last thing she needs. Charles and William were starting to see her as a pivotal part of plugging the gap within the family, but she feels like that’s all been ruined now.”
According to royal expert and royal butler Grant Harrold, Princess Eugenie would have to be swayed into quitting her job, but she would factor in the fact that The Firm desperately needs her at this moment.
He claimed: “Eugenie is very keen to have her own career, and that’s something she is very passionate about— so yes, she probably is reluctant to take on royal duties. As times become more desperate, it’s very likely we will see her move from that to become a working senior member of the family.”
Richard Fitzwilliam told GB News that the princesses would most likely have a foot in and a foot out because of Prince Andrew’s proximity to Jeffrey Epstein and his toxic image.
He claimed: “It is a possibility but I would suggest that it is a possibility in the longer term. The problem is the York brand is pretty toxic. They have attended royal events and occasionally carried out royal engagements; if that was to increase a little, then that would be appropriate. So far as becoming working members of the royal family or doing a large number of engagements, I would not have thought that was very likely because of the problems that still beset Andrew and his image.”
