It seems that the rumors about King Charles II and his youngest son, Prince Harry, might be true after all, but there are some conditions attached that might irk Meghan Markle.
For the past few days, reliable sources spoke to Page Six and The Daily Mail explaining that King Charles will reach out to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to offer them an invitation to briefly vacation with him in Scotland.
His Majesty will be in Balmoral for the summer and wants his entire family gathered as he undergoes chemotherapy.
While it has been confirmed that Prince William, Kate Middleton, and their three children will make the trip, some reports have claimed that Markle is moving towards a big no for the visit.
However, others claim that the couple will entertain The King‘s invitation and show up. According to a royal expert and Fox News contributor, Neil Sean, King Charles has laid down a specific rule that the pair must abide by.
His Majesty has demanded that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle bring their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, to Scotland.
The journalist said: “Let me tell you this while all these newspapers say he’s going to offer an olive branch and all that nonsense. Yes, there’s an invitation, and it’s definitely looming, but it comes with a bit of a, shall we say um how can I put this nicely? The bottom line is that they have to bring both children. They have to bring both children if he wants to be seen.”
He went on to reveal that King Charles would not negotiate on this matter because he wanted to spend some quality time with his grandchildren.
The source, who spoke to the royal reporter, shared: “The bottom line is this: you see, you know His Majesty; The King thinks, look, you know, footing around; why am I not allowed to see these grandchildren? If you want to see me bring them along, let’s bat it out, all that sort of stuff. ”
The royal expert went on to say that King Charles is frustrated with Prince Harry and Markle’s decision to tease the media with their potential visit to the UK.
He said: “And he’s literally fed up as you can imagine, with the battle that he’s been going through on a personal level with his health, so for Harry and Meghan to tease they won’t come.”
Sean concluded by saying that Markle would have a tough time wiggling out of this situation because His Majesty would not accept her excuses for not showing up and not bringing the children.
He claimed: “It’s going to be interesting what excuse she gets out of it this time around because, let’s not forget, she dumped the coronation because apparently she was making a birthday cake. What an insult to a man who walked her down the aisle. You know, when you think about it, it stepped into the breach at the final hour. What a cruel thing to do to someone, but either way, whatever you’ve read about the Balmoral invitation this summer means the four of them. No excuses, no sort of, oh, sorry, she’s suddenly ill.
