Meghan Markle Makes Significant Move Against King Charles’s Request By Issuing This Statement

Meghan Markle Prince Harry Thinking About Washington DC

In a significant move, Meghan Markle has chosen to address and dispel the rumors circulating recently. Reports indicated that the mother of two hesitated to join her husband, Prince Harry, on his upcoming trip to London.

The British government has organized a momentous Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul’s Cathedral on Wednesday, May 8th, to commemorate the Invictus Games’ 10th anniversary.

British politicians hope to sway Prince Harry to have the event in the United Kingdom in 2027. Prince Harry put together the games for injured servicemen and women.

Markle, who confessed that she feels uncomfortable about England due to racist attacks and security issues, is not eager to bring her young children to the country.

Royal experts and social media have lashed out at the former actress for preventing King Charles III from seeing his grandchildren, but it seems she is not afraid of the backlash.

In a statement by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s spokesperson, it was confirmed that the Duke of Sussex will make a solo trip to his home country to mark the special event.

A statement published on the Invictus Games’ social media accounts read: “The Invictus Games Foundation will celebrate ten years of changing lives and saving lives with a ‘Service of Thanksgiving’ at St Paul’s Cathedral on May 8th. We will be joined by our Patron, Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex, actor Damian Lewis, and members of the worldwide Invictus Community to mark the occasion.”

Actor Damian Lewis will be present to recite the Invictus poem at the event. It is believed that Markle will remain in California to care for her two children.

The businesswoman is also working on Prince Archie‘s birthday, which will be around the same time as the event.

This statement from Meghan Markle has thrown King Charles’s plan or plea to have the family over to Scotland into disarray.

The Monarch and his wife, Queen Camilla, have a tradition of going to the Scottish countryside for the summer break with other royal clan members for some downtime, fishing, and hunting.

Sources claimed that King Charles would invite Prince Harry, Markle, and their children to join them this year. A royal insider told Page Six: “I can see Charles desperately wanting to see the children and extending this olive branch to Meghan and Harry. He may decide that life is just too short.”

Markle is hinting that she will not be stepping foot in England — not now, not ever. Some observers say that progress is really slow between the two sides.
