Despite a rough 2024, Channing Tatum is holding onto hope for the new year, a year that could bring positive changes.
The actor and his fiancée, Zoë Kravitz, shocked the world by announcing their split. The power couple ended their engagement because they grew apart and were heading to different paths.
However, Zoë Kravitz and Channing Tatum have not yet closed the chapter entirely. In the spring, Zoë Kravitz and Channing Tatum will reunite to work on a passionate project — Alpha Gang.
The movie, Alpha Gang, centers on a group of alien invaders sent to conquer Earth, and the unique ways in which a team of humans, led by Tatum and Kravitz, try to thwart their plans.
Insiders, via Page Six, explained that Channing Tatum hopes their passion will reconnect them again this new year.
One source stated: “Film is their passion so that it could bring them back together. They thrive while being on set together and will be able to get through it. Both are very professional, and there is no bad blood between them.”
The person in the know went on to say: “[Kravitz] and Channing are opposites, but they always bonded over their love for art and film. This shared passion could be the key to rekindling their romance.”
The exes worked together on the hit film Blink Twice — Kravitz’s directorial debut in which Tatum starred.
In various interviews, Zoë Kravitz and Channing Tatum confessed that the creative process of working on their movie opened the door to their romance.
Zoë Kravitz told E! News that they were fusional on the project and added: “We were so in tune. We worked on this project together, developing the character for so long. There are some scenes that people will see that are just off the charts. He’s so good in the film. I’m so proud of him.”
Tatum stated that it was a unique experience working together creatively. He said this about the bond: “Our relationship was sort of born inside of the creative process of it in a way. It didn’t feel any different. That was what brought us together and made us really feel like we’re very connected on what we love about life, what we love about just things in general about being alive.”
Tatum might be setting himself up for major disappointment if he believes he can reconquer his former fiancée.
All seems to indicate that Zoë Kravitz has moved on and is fully submerged in her independent woman era.
