On her way to accept her trophy, Moore was greeted and congratulated by fellow actors seated at the same table, including Elle Fanning and Timothée Chalamet.
Timothée Chalamet was accompanied by his very famous girlfriend, Kylie Jenner. In a viral video, the businesswoman and reality star appeared to signal that she was hoping to share the congratulatory moment with Moore, who unfortunately ignored or even snubbed her.
Social media chatter ran wild, with many saying that Moore purposely snubbed Jenner because she is a mere reality star.
Others defended her, saying that at the age of 62, the woman should be given a pass for being overwhelmed and absorbed by intense, joyful emotions during such a significant moment in her career and for accidentally not seeing Jenner.
Moore has decided to clear up the situation most bizarrely and awkwardly ever. Via The Daily Mail, a source close to Demi Moore revealed that while she did not intentionally ignore Jenner, she is not very interested in being linked to the Kardashians.
The Moore source had harsh words for the famous/infamous Kardashian/Jenner sisters Kim, Kourtney, Khloé, Kendall, Kylie, and their mother, Kris Jenner.
The insider insisted that Moore’s values are very different from the Kardashians and Jenners and added: “Demi doesn’t know Kylie; the pair have different values and had not crossed paths before. Demi raised her children in a much different manner than the Kardashians were raised, and they have different values.”
The belittling continued with the source explaining that Miss Jenner was only invited because she happens to be dating a famous actor.
The person shared: “Demi is an actress. Kylie was there because she was dating Timothée Chalamet. Demi respects Timothée and admires his talent. It was not a snub, though.”
It is odd that Demi Moore claims that she does not know Kylie Jenner because she praised the makeup mogul just a few months ago.
