Ben Affleck is surrounded by a strong support system despite the divorces he has gone through. The Oscar winner was first married to Jennifer Garner, with whom he shares three children.
The pair divorced in 2018. Ben Affleck rekindled his love affair with Jennifer Lopez in 2022. The power couple had two weddings, one in Las Vegas and another in Georgia.
However, Lopez filed for divorce on the day that marked their second anniversary. Both Jennifer Lopez and Jennifer Garner have made a united decision to support and care for Ben Affleck, even going as far as to relocate and spend more time with him.
Page Six confirmed that Lopez has decided to relocate closer to Affleck after the devastation caused by the California fires.
The singer and actress and her two children will move to a mansion a stone’s throw from Affleck’s home.
According to the media outlet: “Jennifer Lopez is reportedly eyeing a $20 million mansion in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles — very close to where her ex-husband Ben Affleck lives. Lopez recently toured the off-market estate, a source with direct knowledge told TMZ.”
As for Garner, she will be spending more time with Affleck despite being in a long-term relationship with John Miller.
A source told Page Six: “They are closer than they’ve ever been since their divorce, particularly since Ben‘s divorce from Jennifer [Lopez] . With the LA fires and everything going on, they have found themselves leaning on each other more than ever.”
They have an amazing bond, and their former spouses/partners have a cordial relationship, which provides a comforting environment for this blended family to function.
The person in the know stated: “They really do have a close bond; they know not all exes get along as well, and they feel very grateful that they have such an amazing relationship. Things between Ben and Jen were understandably rocky for a little while when they first divorced.”
The source went on to say: “They shared custody and were amicable when it came to situations involving their kids, but over the years, they’ve built a close friendship and are on the same page in many ways. Ben and Jen feel like it’s only for everyone’s benefit to have a good relationship, including themselves and their kids.”
Lopez and Garner’s radical move to protect and support Affleck comes after he was seen looking uneasy while surrounded by FBI agents outside of his Brentwood home during the wildfires.
The FBI issued a statement to clarify the situation: “Members of the FBI’s Ground Intercept task force are conducting activity in the area of the Palisades Fire relative to unauthorized drone activity. Agents and our local partners may be visible throughout the area, including at various residences, for this reason.”
Affleck is well surrounded.
