King Charles III and the current president of the United States, Donald Trump, have always respected and admired each other.
Mr. Trump is a true royalist. In many bombastic ways, he has shown support and even a slight obsession with the late Queen.
President Trump has always defended her legacy, even calling the UK prime minister to get updates on her health when she was ill.
In his many interviews, Trump obliterated Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for daring to attack the century-old institution, proving his loyalty to the monarchy.
Trump has also praised King Charles for being a great leader and embraced the heir, Prince William, as the “tall, handsome and brilliant” Sovereign he will become and Kate Middleton as an inspirational Royal Family member.
However, this week, Trump, with his folie de grandeur, clarified that King Charles, the monarchy, and the UK are all in for a royal and brutal awakening.
Trump’s revelation that he wants to become the head of state of Canada is not just a slap to King Charles and the heir to the throne but a potential threat to Canada’s sovereignty and independence.
While talking up a storm with reporters, he has repeatedly said Canada would be “way better off” if it accepted its fate and became the 51st U.S. state.
Whether Trump wants to take the title of head of state or be crowned forcibly is unknown. Canada’s prime minister, Justin Trudeau, was inadvertently recorded on a hot mic, confirming the concerning news that President Donald Trump is seriously considering ways to make Canada the 51st U.S. state.
The Canadian leader’s revelation that Trump’s interest in Canada is primarily for its rich natural resources has sparked concerns about the potential loss of Canadian sovereignty.
According to Canada’s public broadcaster, CBC, Trudeau privately met with business and labor leaders. However, the “closed-door session was mistakenly carried by a loudspeaker.”
Trudeau stated: “Mr. Trump has in mind that the easiest way to do it is to absorb our country, and it is a real thing. In my conversations with him…. They’re very aware of our resources and what we have, and they very much want to benefit from them.”
Gil McGowan, president of the Alberta Federation of Labor, confirmed Trudeau’s shocking hot mic revelation.
He wrote on X: “Yes, I can confirm that Trudeau said his assessment is that what Trump wants is not action on fentanyl or immigration or even the trade deficit; what he wants is to either dominate Canada or take it outright.”
Polls indicated that the nation wants to remain independent. The U.S. is declaring war against the UK because King Charles is currently the head of state of Canada, and unless hell freezes over, the exasperated King and heir will not simply hand that title to Trump.
While improbable, the idea of Canadians holding a referendum to decide if they want a U.S. president as head of state is being discussed in some milieux.
