The Cuban-born actress is reportedly eager to make her feelings known to the public and mark her territory after years of short-lived romances. Ana de Armas’s past boyfriends include Ben Affleck, Marc Clotet, and Paul Boukadakis.
A source told The Blast through Yahoo that Cruise is careful with his personal life, managing every detail and making sure close friends sign paperwork like NDAs. With three past marriages to Mimi Rogers, Nicole Kidman, and Katie Holmes, he wants to protect his fortune, worth over $500 million.
The source told the publication, “He’s a control freak and micromanages every detail of his life. Anyone close to him always has loads of paperwork to sign as far as NDAs and that sort of thing, but marriage takes it to a new level.”
The insider added, “The plan is to have it ready before he even pops the question. Once she says yes, the paperwork is right there—ready to go.”
The source went on to reveal that Tom has no worries about Ana signing the documents because she understands the situation.
The insider reiterated, “Tom is not looking to pressure Ana into any sort of shady agreement. He just wants it to be very thorough.”
The source stated: “He’s crazy about Ana, but he’s been burned before and feels the need to protect himself. Ana would happily sign a contract because she trusts Tom’s word that the legal document was a safe plan for the future.”
But nevertheless, Tom Cruise is taking no chances. He wants him to draw up a “very detailed” agreement, starting with an “irrefutable” prenup.

Recent sources claim Ana de Armas made pointed comments about Tom’s ex-wives during conversations about marriage, signaling her stance on her relationship with Tom.
According to The Blast, Ana de Armas is happy to sign the prenup because she believes that she can make Cruise happier than his ex-wives did.
A source described Ana’s statements as both a bold confession and a criticism of Cruise’s former partners, further intensifying public attention on her relationship with Tom.
The person shared: “It actually annoys her that people judge Tom by his exes, and she’s confident she’ll be able to keep him happier than they did.”
The insider alleged that the pair is eyeing a wedding in London. Ana de Armas has already shown her lack of respect for Nicole Kidman by liking an Instagram post that said Kidman was not truthful about plastic surgery.
