This week, during her appearance on The Howard Stern Show, Lopez openly reflected on her past with Affleck, delivering her thoughts with poise that may have obscured the full weight of her remarks.

Jennifer Lopez has been making the rounds, appearing in multiple interviews and hitting the red carpets to promote her new movie, Kiss of the Spider Woman.
Despite appearing very comfortable and even too close to Ben Affleck, who is a producer of the movie, at the red carpet premieres, there is no reconciliation between the two.
Jennifer Lopez has made this abundantly clear; she still has a grudge against the Batman star. During her sit-down with Howard Stern, she explained that throughout her four marriages and numerous engagements to several high-profile celebrities, she felt that she was never properly loved because those men did not know how to love her.
Stern asked her, “Do you think you’ve truly been loved?” After taking a long time to think about it, Lopez replied, “No.”
The singer and actress was asked about the “heartbreak” she felt from not receiving love she hoped for in return. She said, “What I learned [is that] it’s not that I’m not lovable. It’s that they’re not capable. They don’t have it in them. They need to appreciate the little person inside of them. They need to love them.”
Jennifer Lopez added: “And they gave me what they had. They gave me all of it. Every time. All the rings, all the things I could ever want. They tried to give me the houses, the rings, the marriage, all of it. But they didn’t [love me]. And I didn’t love myself.”

She also confessed: “When I got divorced this last time, it was the best thing that ever happened to me. It really made me journey into…I mean, I had a religious coach, a therapist, a couple’s therapist, an individual therapist. I had a coach to understand addiction. I had everything. I was like, ‘I’m gonna figure this shit out if it kills me.’”
She concluded by revealing that she has grown as a human being thanks to or because of these heartbreaking experiences. She claimed: “It really got to the point where I go, ‘Oh, the core of the thing is you. It’s nobody else.’ And when I did that, now I’m able to sit here in a more self-assured, self-aware way. The things that have happened to me…whether [it’s about] my mother, my father…how I learned to love, how I felt neglected—all the things that are in your head as a person. I know who I am, and I just really appreciate that person and feel really comfortable and good in being myself—all the good parts and all of the complicated things.”
Ojani Noa Fires Back Over Remarks
Ojani Noa, Lopez’s first ex-husband, responded directly and harshly to her remarks, escalating the public exchange.
Taking to social media, Noa revealed that Lopez was playing the victim because she is a cheater and a toxic wife who drains the men she dates or marries.
He began his rant: “What I learned is it’s not that I’m not lovable. It’s that they’re not capable.” Ojani Noa added: “This is in reference to the recent interview on The Howard Stern Show, where my ex-wife Jennifer Lopez said that she had ‘never been loved or capable. Hahaha… let me just say. Stop putting us down. Stop putting me down with your victim card. The problem is not us. Not me. The problem is you. You’re the one who couldn’t keep it in your pants. You have been loved a few times. You have been married 4 times. And have had countless relationships in between. You have had good relationships… me, for example.”
Lopez was previously married to Cris Judd, Marc Anthony, and Ben Affleck. Noa concluded by: “I’m an amazing loving person, a great human being. Honest, faithful to you, never lied, never misbehaved, never CHEATED on you. I’m too good of a man for you…you chose fame and fortune instead of their relationship. You decided to lie, to cheat on me and even though I stayed. I even tried to keep the marriage going and alive. Tell the truth for once.”

Meanwhile, reports suggest Ben Affleck feels overwhelmed by these revelations and wishes Lopez would move on, sell their shared home, and refrain from speaking publicly about him.
