Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is facing renewed scrutiny following a bombshell statement from an actress, delivered through her lawyer.
According to the damaging report by The Mail on Sunday, the disgraced former prince was dating a glamorous actress in the late 1990s, and he introduced her to Jeffrey Epstein during a visit to Windsor Castle in the UK.
According to the report, Andrew and the woman began dating in 1999, and the couple enjoyed dates, including lunch at Buckingham Palace.
Perry Wander explained that his client’s name cannot be disclosed for legal reasons.
According to the high-power attorney, the unnamed woman, who was sexually assaulted by Epstein, received a financial payout in June as one of Epstein’s many victims.
The Alleged Warning
In an email to the publication, Wander revealed that 25 years ago, his client confessed to then-Prince Andrew that Epstein had behaved “inappropriately towards her” after the royal convinced her to spend time with the billionaire.
Andrew’s alleged response stunned the woman, for it was a warning about Epstein’s inappropriate behavior with other women.
It is believed that Andrew encouraged her to fly on Epstein’s private jet, the Lolita Express, and to visit his multimillion-dollar properties.
The statement from Andrew became the focus of reporters because he warned his lady friend about Epstein’s behavior more than a year before Epstein trafficked the late Virginia Giuffre to London to meet the then Duke of York.
According to the lawyer, the woman remembers thinking: “If he knew that, why would he encourage me to spend time with Epstein?”
Mr. Wander also claimed that when she had questioned Andrew about the safety of spending time with Epstein: “He reassured her that he ‘trusted Jeffrey and Ghislaine‘ and that she ‘should listen to Jeffrey’s counsel and spend time with him and Ghislaine.'”
Giuffre’s Influence
Mr. Wander explained that his client was inspired to come forward by the courage of Virginia Giuffre, who tragically died by suicide earlier this year.
Mr. Wander said: “She was inspired… by her desire to stand with other survivors, and by the profound impact of Virginia Giuffre’s passing, which served as a catalyst for her to speak publicly.”
He added that Giuffre’s courage taught her: “That fear should not stand in the way of justice.”

The photos revealed connections to other high-profile figures: One photo showed a bowl of condoms with an image of Donald Trump‘s face along with a sign saying, “Trump condom $4.50,” and a text that reads “I’m HUUUUGE!”
There are numerous pictures of former President Bill Clinton and others from his circle.
Another picture showed the former Prince Andrew posing happily with Bill Gates at an Epstein event.
