Like King Charles and Prince William, she allegedly felt the union was far too hasty. The Queen believed that they needed a longer engagement so Meghan Markle would better familiarize herself with the many protocols and duties of a member of the Royal Family.
The source revealed that those who respected her privacy while she was alive are now speaking more freely about the forceful woman they remember.
Regarding a discussion during the “Megxit” period, the insider claimed: “Talk around the table had turned to the Harry and Meghan marriage, and if it would end in divorce. ‘It’s not a matter of if,’ the Queen chipped in, ‘it’s a matter of when.'”
A Foundation Under Fire
Despite their efforts to project a united and loving image in personal photos, videos, and public appearances, the reality is far from that curated image.
