More and more, Russian President Vladimir Putin is facing unprecedented humiliation from within his own borders. What Putin originally marketed as a swift, winnable “special military operation” in Ukraine has degenerated into an exhausting four-year war of attrition, draining billions from the Russian economy and triggering intense friction among his own armed forces.
Amidst confirmed reports of internal troop rebellions, crippling petrol shortages, and soaring public fury, the Moscow regime is desperately trying to regain its footing at home and on the global stage.
Left with almost no options to project dominance, Putin is rapidly upping his nuclear threats and geopolitical antics to remind the world of his capacity for destruction.
Now, his top nuclear advisor has unveiled a disturbing doomsday blueprint, demanding an ironclad, automatic policy of atomic devastation against any Western allies supporting Kyiv.
Total Devastation Obligation Outlined By Kremlin Top Insider
The tension between Russia and its Western neighbors is at its highest since the Cold War, leading Sergei Karaganov, an influential political scientist and honorary chairman of the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy, to pressure Putin to codify an absolute nuclear mandate.
Known colloquially as “Professor Doomsday,” Karaganov argued that Russia’s current defensive posture fails to properly terrify its demographic and economic superiors.
Demanding an immediate overhaul to the state’s military strategy, Karaganov stated: “We need changes to our nuclear and military doctrine. One of the forthcoming changes must be that Russia is obliged – and undertakes to – use nuclear weapons should a war be waged against it by countries that surpass it in terms of demographic, economic, and scientific-technical potential. In other words, this is not an option, but an obligation.”
The Massive Yield Weaponry Meant To Reduce Enemies To Dust
Instead of relying on conventional military strategies, the proposed Kremlin doctrine hinges on the deployment of massive, next-generation intercontinental ballistic missiles capable of leveling entire sovereign states at a single stroke.
By emphasizing the sheer scale of the Russian atomic arsenal, the regime hopes to completely freeze NATO’s logistical pipelines to Ukraine and shock Western leaders back into submission.
Outlining the cataclysmic capabilities of the Kremlin’s active stockpiles, Karaganov claimed: “We are currently deploying a new generation of strategic intercontinental ballistic missiles, each with a warhead yield of 750 kilotons – that is, 7.5 megatons in total. A single missile of this type would be enough to reduce an average European country to dust. So that it would never even cross anyone’s mind to attack Russian territory in any way… We simply need to make it clear to [the West] that any war games against Russia – or any war games at all – will lead to their destruction.”
Shocking Suicide Warnings Issued For European Expansion
The devastating fallout leaves neighboring nations facing immediate, catastrophic retaliation if they try to deploy allied defense systems.
With the harsh rhetoric, Putin is targeting Germany and Finland with brutal hostility, following Helsinki’s historic decision to lift its long-standing legal ban on hosting allied nuclear assets to strengthen NATO’s regional deterrence.
Deliberately framing the defensive realignment as a fatal mistake for northern Europe, Karaganov, who would not disobey Putin’s marching orders, warned: “If nuclear weapons were to spread across Europe, Russia would be obliged to undertake to destroy those countries in which such weapons appear, and especially those countries that have ever attacked Russia. Deploying nuclear weapons on Finnish territory – just as, indeed, Finland’s abandonment of its neutrality – is tantamount to suicide.”
Shifting Leadership Blamed For Modern Border Escalation
The severe escalation in Kremlin messaging is a desperate effort to mask the ongoing domestic turmoil, as independent polls reveal cratering public confidence in Putin’s leadership back home.
By shifting blame onto international opponents, the regime is actively attempting to justify its extreme nuclear posturing to a skeptical domestic audience.
Criticizing the modern political landscape across Europe and dismissing the intelligence of Western decision-makers, Karaganov stated: “Such a country has absolutely no right even to contemplate possessing nuclear weapons or deploying them on its territory. We simply need to explain this to our neighbors so that they stop playing these games, because they have now brought people with the intellect of mice into positions of leadership.”
With the stability and future of the Kremlin hitting catastrophic roadblocks, there are absolutely no limits on what a desperate Putin will say or do.
