Instead, he is treating their return as the ultimate smoke screen, using the frenzy around his nephew and Meghan to slide right under the radar and get back to his own scheming ways.
While the entire global media is hyper-focused on every step Harry and Meghan take, Andrew is eyeing a luxury escape to the South of France, hoping nobody notices him packing his bags and dozens of teddy bears.

Instead of staying low and facing the music in Britain while still under investigation, Andrew has reportedly been spotted around Cannes and Nice, carrying on like a senior, disgraced playboy as if the Epstein files, the shocking photos, and his endless string of scandals never even happened. Royal biographer Andrew Lownie revealed that the former prince was seen rocking a red baseball cap, white pants, Timberland shoes, and Ray-Ban glasses while strutting around the French Riviera with two women in their 40s—a blonde and a redhead—as he scope out real estate. Describing his grand plan for a comfortable exit while the public looks the other way, a royal source revealed, “He has become increasingly isolated in Britain and believes the South of France could offer him both comfort and a degree of distance from everything that has happened. It’s there that he is eyeing a luxury life in retirement.”
