She is moving on! After admitting that the breakup from Aaron Rodgers was painful, Danica Patrick was happy to debut her new boyfriend, Carter Comstock.
The 39-year-old former racing driver and her beau — who is the founder of Freshly, a healthy meal-prep company — made things Instagram official on Friday, and fans could not be happier for Patrick.
The media personality posted two pictures, where she is beaming with joy, and they were accompanied by the following caption: “Beach workouts are fun for one, but better with you…”
The new couple both invested in the wellness brand called beam in February. It focuses on THC-free CBD products. Ice hockey players Brooks Laich and Kevin Hayes were also announced as investors.
Danica Patrick previously dated 37-year-old NFL star Aaron Rodgers from 2018 to 2020. The quarterback for the Green Bay Packers is now engaged to Big Little Lies actress Shailene Woodley, 29.
On the April 12 episode of survival reality TV series Running Wild with Bear Grylls, Patrick seemed to make some allusions to her relationship with the football star.
She stated: “I think we learn the most about ourselves through relationships, but there’s nothing like heartbreak to really throw you in the deep end of that.”
Patrick, who was exploring the Moab Desert in Utah with Bear Grylls, went on to share: “But I’ve learned a lot, and as broken open as I was on the sad end, I have felt so much joy in so many more instances and so many more unlikely places than I ever have, so it’s like my heart got broken open to both ends of the spectrum.”
She also addressed her love life during a March appearance on The Tamron Hall Show, where she talked about the qualities she was looking for in a potential partner.
The Wisconsin native had explained: “When you know what you don’t want, you know what you do want. But, you know what you don’t want, so you know what you do, and so maybe it’s not necessarily that they have their work cut out for them, but that they’re going to be an extremely high-quality person with a lot of boxes; to check.”
Patrick’s fans are happy that she might have found the “high-quality person” she was looking for, and one of them shared: “Love seeing you happy, Danica. Now, this is his warning that your fans are protective. ? We have your back! ❤️.”
The fans also said that she looked amazing in the black swimsuit she was wearing as her new man planted a kiss on the side of her forehead.
