Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have taken their relationship to the next level by bonding and spending time with each other’s children.
A few weeks ago, Ben Affleck was seen publicly with Lopez’s children, twins Emme and Max, 13, from her marriage to Marc Anthony during a family gathering in Santa Monica.
And this Saturday, J.Lo was pictured with Affleck’s son — Samuel, 9, during a fun-filled trip. Affleck shares son Samuel with ex-wife and actress Jennifer Garner.
The former couple also shares two daughters Seraphina, 12, and Violet, 15.
Ahead of their romantic gateway to the Hamptons, the singer and filmmaker decided to make the best of their summer break by visiting Universal Studios Hollywood.
Lopez, Affleck, the twins, and Samuel were seen strolling through the park.
Affleck was casually dressed for the outing and wore a face mask, and so did his son. As for Lopez, she looked younger than ever in a crop top that showed off her killer abs and baggy cream pants.
After ending their engagement in 2004, the couple, who reconciled 17 years later, held hands and put on a display of love.
Lopez’s daughter, Emme, who was rocking blue, was all smiles as she enjoyed the day with her twin brother and Affleck’s son, Samuel.
The blended family got wet and rattled as they all enjoyed one of the water rides.
An onlooker at the park said this about Affleck and Lopez: “They definitely looked in love. They were walking shoulder to shoulder, and he was holding her hand. They looked like they were just two people walking around — not a single person came up to them.”
Hours after their fun outing at Universal Studios, the couple and their children were seen arriving at a California airport, getting ready to board a plane for their 4th of July weekend getaway.
The family is expected to spend some time in Lopez’s mansion in the Hamptons.
Last month, a source told PEOPLE that Affleck was spending time with Lopez’s twins and getting to know them and that they are “on board with starting fresh in Los Angeles,” where he lives.
The family friend shared: “They were both in a great mood. Ben always looks very happy when he is with Jen. She spends as much time with Ben as possible. They are slowly getting to know Ben. Everything seems to be running smoothly. It’s very obvious that Jennifer is serious about Ben. She hasn’t looked this happy for a long time.”
Observers say that things seem to be getting serious for the couple.
