Two of Hollywood’s most famous exes, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, are on totally different paths six years after announcing their divorce.
The 59-year-old Bullet Train actor is reportedly living his best life while dating Jewelry designer Ines de Ramon, who is 29.
De Ramon was previously married to The Vampire Diaries star Paul Wesley, 29. They separated earlier this year after tying the knot in 2019.
Pitt and his lady love have been dating for a few months, and things seem to be going great between them. The couple was recently spotted at an after-party in Los Angeles for Pitt’s new movie Babylon.
They could not keep their hands off each other, although the gestures were really subtle. The legendary movie producer really likes the designer. A mutual friend played matchmaker and introduced them to each other.
One source told PEOPLE: “Brad is really into Ines. They met through a mutual friend. She is very nice.” A second insider continued: “Ines is cute, fun, and energetic. She has a great personality. Brad enjoys spending time with her.”
Pitt, who is enjoying his life as a single man, was linked to model Emily Ratajkowski in September. The author and female activist later moved on to Kim Kardashian‘s ex-boyfriend, Pete Davidson.
While Pitt is focusing on his love life, Jolie is pushing causes that are dear to her heart. For that reason, she is leaving her role as United Nations’ refugee agency envoy after 21 years.
She wants to broaden her reach as a humanitarian. The 47-year-old Eternals actress explained her decision: “I will continue to do everything in my power in the years to come to support refugees and other displaced people. ”
U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi said in a statement: “After a long and successful time with UNHCR, I appreciate her desire to shift her engagement and support her decision. I know the refugee cause will remain close to her heart, and I am certain she will bring the same passion and attention to a wider humanitarian portfolio.”
Through the years, Jolie has completed over 60 missions in her advocacy on behalf of refugees. Jolie has yet to give details about what she intends to do next in terms of her activism. It is also not clear if the organization plans to replace her.
Pitt and Jolie have been legally single since 2019. However, they still need to reach an agreement to really finalize their divorce.
Custody issues around their six children have been a significant point of contention for the former lovebirds. They are also battling it out in court over Chateau Miraval, an iconic French vineyard they purchased together for $60 million in 2011.
Jolie has sought to portray Pitt as a person who can be violent because of drinking problems. He hit back by suggesting that she fabricated the whole story to make him look bad.
