Despite all the revelations made by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, for a brief moment, it appeared that there was a glimmer of hope of a reconciliation taking place in the divided Royal Family.
Reports surfaced via reliable sources claiming that King Charles III wanted to reach a peace agreement with Prince Harry and Markle so they could attend the coronation ceremony in May.
Aware that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were at war with the British clan, the King had reached out to a third party and a man of God to handle the negotiation.
His Majesty called on Justin Welby, the Archbishop of Canterbury, to speak to Prince William, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle.
The idea was to let the Archbishop find a suitable agreement with the Sussexes so King Charles could share the biggest day of his life with his two sons. However, that will not happen.
The latest report from Buckingham Palace deals a devastating blow to Prince Harry and his wife. According to a royal expert with sources within the Palace, King Charles has yet to make efforts to reach out to his son and daughter-in-law since the release of Spare.
Moreover, royal reporter Robert Jobson suggested via Express that the media got the story wrong because King Charles has not made any moves toward Prince Harry and Markle.
Currently, His Majesty is focused on his reign and his pending coronation ceremony.
The royal commentator made this bombshell revelation about the so-called reconciliation talks via Newsweek: “My understanding is that there’s been no real contact whatsoever, so I don’t know where a lot of people are getting it from. I’m told that it’s not the case. The last thing they’ll want to be doing is having all sorts of reconciliation talks in the middle of a coronation.”
Jobson went on to say that King Charles has more important matters to deal with and is not letting Markle and Prince Harry’s actions and words consume his agenda.
The royal commentator continued: “The world doesn’t revolve around Meghan and Harry even if they think it does. They’re focused on state visits to Germany and France and then the coronation.”
He concluded by saying: “They’re not worried too much about Archie’s birthday or how Harry feels. If it happens, it will happen at a quiet time when trust has been rebuilt.”
Prince Harry has said that he has yet to make a decision about the coronation; however, this latest blow might push him to stay in California with his family as his father enjoys his big celebration thousands of miles away.
Megan been upset since she went on that journey with her husband to an Arab country that had different rules about royalty. When they came off the plane she was made to walk alongside the red carpet because she was not a Royal member of the family. She looked a little taken aback by this but did walk alongside the rug.
