According to a source, who spoke to In Touch, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt has taken steps to not only reconnect with her father, and she is working with him on an upcoming project.
The teenager and talented dancer is also pushing her famous mother to move away from the painful drama that has held her back from finding true happiness.
Shiloh is “begging Angie,” her mother, to finalize the divorce and hopefully focus on her dating life.
The family friend told the publication that the 16-year-old dancer had forgiven Brad Pitt for the years he was an alcoholic and added: “Shiloh Jolie-Pitt has forgiven her dad, Brad Pitt, for not being there and for the trouble he’s caused.”
Shiloh is said to be happy and proud of all the work that her father has done to cure his substance addiction.
The person in the know stated: “She knows Brad’s sober now and doing his best, and she wants her mother, Angelina Jolie, to move on and be happy.”
Shiloh Jolie-Pitt and the filmmaker are cooking up a movie together, according to the media outlet, which reported: “Since the father-daughter duo “get along really well,” the source points out that she and the Academy Award winner are currently working on a film project together.”
The teen has given her two parents a reason to smile. Jolie is delighted that her daughter is interested in the arts, and she is encouraging her to explore what makes her happy.
The insider shared: “Angie’s very encouraging of that. She wants all the kids to explore their creative sides and hear from talented actors and actresses directly what it’s like to work in the biz, how they got their start, and so on and so forth.”
