In her Netflix series, Meghan Markle read a heartfelt poem about what it means to be from a broken home and not be able to grow up surrounded by her family.
Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, spoke about her heartbreaks and fears because her entire family could not surround her as a child.
After her royal wedding, Prince Harry confirmed that Markle found the family she had been seeking all her life.
Prince Harry revealed that his late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, bonded with Markle. The former actress confessed that she viewed Her Majesty as her own grandmother.
According to Prince Harry, King Charles III adored his wife when they first met and had many interests in common.
The relationship between Markle and her father-in-law became complicated with “Megxit,” the revelations made in Harry & Meghan and later in Spare.
Despite all that occurred between the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and the Royal Family, it seems that they were holding on to the hope of some kind of reconciliation in the future.
However, last week, King Charles brought back all of Markle’s fears and insecurities with one major and brutal announcement — the eviction from Frogmore Cottage.
King Charles decided that the renegade couple went too far and booted Prince Harry and Markle from their forever home, which was a gift from Queen Elizabeth.
Viewed as the ultimate rejection and repudiation from the British royal family, the American actress put on a brave face as they stepped out for date night in Montecito.
However, a friend of the couple told the Sun they feel like King Charles is sending a message that they have been cut out of the family and added: “It all feels very final and like a cruel punishment. It’s like [the family] wants to cut them out of the picture for good. Initially, they were given just weeks, but now they have at least until after the coronation.”
While Prince Harry and Markle have been invited to King Charles’s coronation ceremony on May 6th, they feel like they are being isolated from the historical event.
Kinsey Schofield, host of the To Di For Daily podcast, told Fox News: “Meghan is upset and overwhelmed. It’s not that Meghan feels excluded with the planning. Meghan feels like the palace is only fighting for Prince Harry to attend, and they don’t care whether she shows up or not. And that does not sit well with her. Rejection is one of Meghan’s greatest insecurities.”
A friend of Prince William spoke to the Daily Beast that the truth of the matter is that the royal family is hoping that Prince Harry and Markle will take the hint of skipping the coronation ceremony.
The publication revealed: “Asked if comments made by King Charles in his accession address in which he said he wished to express his love for Harry and Meghan “as they continue to build their lives overseas” could now be seen as an order to the couple to avoid the U.K., the friend said: “You’d think they would take the hint by now.”
The power couple refuses to say if they will be at the coronation ceremony.
Why do reports say they were given the cottage they were given a lease on the cottage. They never owned it.
