King Charles III has been making big moves ahead of his coronation ceremony. The event will take place at Westminster Abbey on May 6.
His Majesty has decided to keep his promise to slim down the monarchy by booting Prince Harry and Meghan Markle from Frogmore Cottage.
He will evict more Royal Family members from palaces and mansions in the upcoming months. King Charles plans to fire hundreds of staff members to cut costs. However, the King is also hiring.
This week, it was confirmed that Rose Hanbury‘s husband, David Rocksavage, has landed the coveted position as King Charles’s Lord-in-Waiting.
The high-profile role implies that the couple will be deep in the royal circle. The revelation of the significant career change for Rocksavage was made by Richard Eden via the Daily Mail.
Eden wrote: “But I now hear that King Charles has handed the Marquess, aka film-maker David Rocksavage, a new position that will see him and his wife, the bohemian former model Rose Hanbury, returning to the heart of the royal court.”
The royal author went on to explain: “Charles has appointed the Marquess, 62, as his Lord-in-Waiting — a prestigious position that will see him attend important state and royal occasions, as well as being called upon to represent His Majesty at various events.”
The announcement has left many scratching their heads. Others have slammed King Charles for the move, which they believe must be unbearable for Kate Middleton.
For years rumors have run rampant claiming that Prince William has an ongoing affair with Rose Hanbury.
Reports stated that the heir to the throne decided to follow in his father’s unfaithful steps by being with Hanbury, and his wife allegedly had no choice but to accept that there is a third person in the royal marriage.
