In recent days, Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, have been on a major PR tour to clear up rumors that they are broke, miserable, heading for a divorce, and still angry at the Royal Family.
The pieces that came out of Us Weekly and PEOPLE Magazine all indicate that Prince Harry and Markle are loving their lives in California, focused on rebranding, and rearing their children — Archie and Lilibet.
PEOPLE Magazine wrote: “The situation with his father and brother is still very difficult for him. Meghan is always supportive of it though. She used to be negative about it. It seems she has kind of moved on now.” Another insider adds, “They have moved continents. They have set up a new life with their kids. Meghan just wants to focus on their kids and their life in Montecito.”
The power couple also insists that the war with King Charles III, Prince William, Queen Camilla, and Kate Middleton is over.
Markle and Prince Harry have indicated that time and the numerous interviews have helped them heal, and they are ready to mail a truce package to London containing kind words.
One royal expert has warned Prince Harry and Meghan Markle that their care package will be expediently returned to Montecito because the royals, especially Prince William and Kate Middleton, are not interested.
According to royal biographer Tom Bower, the heir to the throne and his spouse will not accept any olive branch, gesture, or kind words from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle because they have caused too much damage.
He said: “I think Harry’s offer will ultimately be rejected. I doubt William and Kate can forgive Harry.”
The author claimed that the pair had caused too much pain with their revelations and accusations. Bower continued: “I don’t think he can come back — he’s caused so much damage to the family, and the concern now is that if he does return, he could well damage it even further.”
He went on to reveal that while Prince Harry and Markle might continue to send positive and apologetic messages to London, they will never return to the UK.
He concluded by: “I think Meghan would’ve been horrified by Harry’s suggestion. She’s not close to William and Kate, and in my opinion, London was just a stepping stone for her. I would imagine the last thing she’d want to do is return to England to live in a small, poky flat in Kensington Palace.”
The offer of a truce was made by an insider talking to told In Touch, and the person stated: “Harry admitted he’d phoned William to call a truce and told his brother he and Meghan would be open to going back to London, where they would serve King Charles.”
The Prince of Wales seems to be focused on the future and not the past.
