Everything points to what is being described as Meghan Markle‘s second coming, and she has been quietly but strategically giving clues as to what it will look like.
This week, Markle without Prince Harry by her side stepped out in California on multiple occasions.
She reminded the world that she is indeed a Cali girl who is dressed for any weather that the West Coast might throw at her. Markle also let it be known that she takes mental health seriously.
Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, wore an anti-stress patch and made sure it was visible. Markle and Prince Harry have spoken about the fact that members of the Royal Family are non-believers in mental health care.
In a picture, Markle revealed to the royals that she left behind in London she is drinking her water, working out, and soaking up the sun.
For those who missed it, Markle came back on Instagram in an unofficial manner. The duchess looked radiant as she posed for a birthday photo with two friends.
Again, she was casually dressed in a tank top, that revealed her glowing skin. She appeared to have no makeup on, wore minimal jewelry, and flashed a huge smile.
Some say Markle looks like she has found inner peace and happiness now that she is in her element away from her royal duties, the rules, and the protocols.
A few claimed she is unapologetically showing Kate Middleton and Queen Camilla what being completely liberated looks like.
However, for one royal author, she is plotting the comeback of the year. News.com.au author Daniela Elser said: “But out with the old and in with the new duchess, because you know what they say: you can’t keep a person with an entire fleet of agents, managers, advisers, stylists, lawyers, publicists, and chai latte-fetching supplicants down. It now looks a hell of a lot like Meghan is on the cusp of some sort of great big Stateside relaunch.”
She added: “Exhibit A: Wednesday’s Instagram shot. Having stayed resolutely away from social media for more than three years now, the fact that she chose this moment to return to the digital melee is interessante indeed.”
There are other indications that Markle is ready to be the digital royal of the decade — there is @Meghan’s Instagram account that has recently appeared. It already has 70k followers.
In 2022, she told the Cut‘s Allison P Davis: “Do you want to know a secret? I’m getting back … on Instagram.”
A source close To Markle told Page Six: “Meghan was set to go live on Instagram, but changed her mind shortly before she launched her Archetypes podcast, so it’s just sitting there now.”
It is claimed that Markle has been negotiating with several brands before making her big comeback.
