Prince Harry And His Wife Meghan Markle Confirm That They Have A Marriage That Is Evolving With The Times

Prince Harry Meghan Markle Queen Elizabeth Meeting Request

Prince Harry and his spouse, Meghan Markle, are giving the press and royal watchers a lot to talk about as they partake in the Invictus Games in Düsseldorf, Germany, this week.

The couple’s marriage has been the subject of very loud chatter these past few months. It was claimed that they were heading straight to divorce court because Markle no longer wore her engagement ring.

After all, odd rumors said that Prince Harry was spending “me time” in a hotel near their Montecito mansion, and they decided to split their professional lives.

The duo shut down all these rumors, with close friends insisting they are very much in love and are not separating.

At the games, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made it clear that the speculations were rubbish, but they also revealed with their gestures and non-actions that their marriage has evolved into something new.

One expert, who analyzed the pair’s body language, explained that Markle has decided to refrain from being overly affectionate with her spouse, noting that she no longer kisses him in public.

The former actress has stopped rubbing Prince Harry’s back when he is giving speeches. Markle is no longer asserting power or “controlling” Prince Harry when he is nervous.

Psychologist and body language expert Darren Stanton weighed in on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s behavior by saying the evolution in their romance has taken place compared to the PDA-filled moments when the event was held in The Hague, Netherlands in 2020.

The author added: “I did notice that there has been a decrease in power gestures from Meghan towards Harry. For example, she would previously put her hand on his back and guide him by his elbow. However, in recent months, there has been a dramatic decrease in the demonstration of these types of gestures, where she is trying to assert her power. This shows that their relationship has evolved.”

The television broadcaster went on to say that Markle’s level of confidence is at an all-time high.

He said: “Meghan appeared very confident as she gave a speech alongside Prince Harry at this year’s Invictus Games. She gave very positive, confident body language. She displayed a lot of open-palm gestures, which is a sign of honesty and trust. She’s clearly very used to being on stage. Just with her eye contact and voice tone, she projects very well and she’s very used to giving public talks. It was very much the Meghan show.”

The expert went on to share some of the changes that have occurred in the Sussex marriage in the last 12 months: “Meghan generally shows signs of pride when Harry is speaking on stage. She’ll put her hands to her mouth and smile. Based on the pictures that I’ve seen, I didn’t see too many signs coming from Harry towards Meghan. I think he was holding back slightly. The Invictus Games clearly means a lot to him and it’s his baby. At one point, Harry was seen playing with his ring finger, which is a self-reassurance gesture. This type of gesture is generally used when someone is feeling nervous. From Meghan’s point of view, she did show pride and feeling immensely confident in front of the audience.”

Fans say the couple is maturing.
