Prince Harry and his spouse and former actress, Meghan Markle, are said to be in a new era where they are focused on reconciliation with the Royal Family.
However, Kate Middleton is looking at her watch and saying, “Not so fast.” A lot has been said in the interviews, the Netflix series, and Spare.
King Charles III, Prince William, and Kate Middleton‘s reputations took massive hits because of the revelations and accusations.
During the Oprah Winfrey interview, Markle said Middleton made her cry. In the Netflix series, it was revealed that the mother of three is cold and unwelcoming.
And Prince Harry leaked Kate Middleton’s text message in Spare. While King Charles III is willing to keep the door open for Prince Harry, it is claimed Kate Middleton has decided to drop the clock on Prince Harry and Markle.
Royal author Tom Bower told GB News that the future Queen of England is not in a rush to make peace with the Montecito royals.
According to the royal expert and author, it will take many years for Catherine, Princess of Wales, to move beyond the pain and hurt that were caused by Prince Harry and Markle.
He said during the appearance: “Some of what Harry and Meghan have said, particularly about Kate, was so personal, and it’s going to take years to heal the hurt because of the damage that’s been done.”
Duncan Larcombe continued: “It’s going to take more than an apology to fix the relationships.” The veteran commentator concluded by saying that the relationships may be “damaged” for the foreseeable future.
The Sun previously reported that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had plans to have “a year-long thaw in relations with the rest of the Royal Family.”
Royal author Robert Jobson sided with Middleton’s decision to ice out the pair for the timing of their “arrogant and appalling” reconciliation effort by saying: “It shows they are a very calculating couple and yet again their timing has completely misfired. Now this plot is for a year of reconciliation. Their timing is appalling as always.”
He continued: “It is also completely arrogant because they are assuming they can win back the trust of Harry’s father and brother. But that trust has gone forever. Harry and Meghan will never be looked at the same. If they disrespect The King, they are not only disrespecting the man, but also the institution.”
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have a lot of work to do for reconciliation.
